We are Acer and Lenovo’s Largest Education Reseller in Australia. We have been Lenovo’s Partner of The Year in 2018 and 2019.

LWT sell over 80,000 notebooks to schools and parents across Australia each year and we hold around 10,000 notebooks in stock at anytime.

We have 16 LWT technicians performing warranty repairs across Victoria and South Australia.

We have local warehousing and configuration services.

We hold more education stock than any other supplier.

  • Dedicated Web Address When you set up a portal with LWT you get your own dedicated web address.

  • A Flexible Portal Our portals are designed to be flexible to your school’s needs. We can customise layout, colours and product choices.
  • Online Tracking and Reporting View all your portal orders, payments and service jobs via the LWT website. We also send progress weekly reports.

SCHOOL OFFERINGS CONT.

  • Pricing LWT has access to special education pricing and aims to always supply your parent the cheapest price.
  • Pre Imaging, Enrolment and Labelling LWT can pre image, enrol and/or label devices to ensure they are ready to use out of the box from our own configuration centre.
  • Onsite Service LWT is one of Acer and Lenovo’s largest education repairers meaning we have more techs on the ground and more buffer stock to support your school.

  • Complimentary Parent Nights Our specialists are happy to attend your parent nights to help assist in promoting your portal and provide literature to hand out on the night, at no charge to the school.

  • Delivery direct to Parents We can customise your portal to either have a school delivery on a set day, labelled with names or we can deliver direct to your parents via Australia Post collection points.
  • Flexible Delivery Time Frames As much as we recommend parents get in early, 79% of orders come in December and January. We work non stop during January to ensure parents get their devices for start of school.

  • Commercial Grade Devices The devices we offer via our portals are commercial grade that you won’t find in a retail store. Built to a higher quality and most coming with 3 year warranty options they are designed to last longer than their retail counterparts.
  • Easy Graphical Comparison To help parents choose the right device we use easy to understand graphic icons to help parents compare units using a side by side comparison of key specifications to help their choice.
  • Hassle Free Quick Onsite Servicing The student environment often leads to a higher number of repairs. Onsite support at the school greatly reduces frustrations for parents. Getting a retail device repaired usually takes weeks and quite often requires the parent to take time out of their day.

  • Accidental Damage Protection We offer well priced insurance options that give Accidental Damage protection with quick repair times. We use Manufacturers Insurance to help guarantee parts availability.

PARENT OFFERINGS CONT.

  • $100 Deposit to Secure a Device We offer parents a $100 deposit option to secure a device and let them pay much closer to the delivery date.
  • 12 Month Interest Free or 36 Month Payment Plans We recommend 36-month payment plans that are approved online via Latitude. These plans not only help spread the cost for parents but are designed so the device is fully paid for at the end of the 36 month period.
  • Wide range of payment options We provide a wide range of online payment methods.
  • Quick Delivery Many education devices are considered to be a special build and often have lengthy lead times. LWT work with our suppliers and bring in thousands of devices upfront so students can have them in a week rather than months.
  • Pick up close to home or work Our site lets parents pick their Auspost Collection Point so they can choose to pick the device up near home or near their work which ever is easier for them (must be decided by the school).
  • Dedicated Parent Hotline To ensure parents calling us get to the right person, we have a dedicated hotline just for portal related calls. Parents can call us with ordering, payment and delivery enquiries on 1300 839 605.

Jobs are logged online at www.lwt.com.au. We use our own technicians to service you onsite.

Track your jobs via the My Account Section of our website.

We hold local spare parts to ensure we can repair devices quickly.

Accidental Damage claims can be logged online like a normal warranty job.
